Pulinda used to be extremely unfit when he joined the workshop. So much so that he used to fall when he used to engage in the workshop routines. It was a challenge to let him remain at the workshop. He even needed to wear different shoes to be a part of the workshop.
Nevertheless he continued doing the exercises and routines without giving up. This helped him to strengthen his limbs and improve in his movement. Over time, Pulinda improved very well. Today he does not wear any shoes to engage in the activities and is able to do so without losing his balance.
