The participants of the Horagolla workshop had a very different kind of field trip this year when they visited their counterparts at the Galnewa workshop. The Galnewa participants welcomed their friends with excitement and the Horagolla participant shared gifts with their friends. It was a happy and memorable occasion for the participants, trainers and the parents of both workshops!

The participants of the Homagama workshop participants visited the Saman Devalaya, Belihuloya and Samanala wewa as their field trip in August this year. This was a great day of fun for all.

The Dehiwala workshop participants visited the ancient ruins in Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura which was fun and educative. The Dehiwala workshop also paid a visit to their neighbouring Mount Lavinia beach and participated in the celebration of World Children’s Day. They took home a gift and fond memories.

Our Kuliyapitiya, Narammala and Udubaddawa participants visited Galle and Matara on their annual excursion this year. It was an overnight trip which gave our participants a unique and fun filled experience.

Our Kurunegala participants visited Ampara for yet another overnight trip and stayed at the Panama College in Ampara. This was indeed a memorable excursion and friendships were built with the students of the college too. A short performance was also held by the Sunera participants for the students of Panama College.

The participants of our Galle, Akuressa Galle and Habaraduwa went to Trincomalee and Kataragama and our Katugasthota participants went to Matara on their excursions.
